The house search continues, in recognition of how anxiety ridden the experience is I have decided to remind myself of things that made me smile the past couple weeks.

Smile with me ….

• Silly “inside” jokes shared with my daughter.
• My credit report
• My favorite kitty at the shelter felling pain free and cuddly
• People at work telling bad jokes
• The full moon
• The house I looked at last night
• A kid walking a dog bigger than him in the park
• Obama’s Family When he Won
• My cats overly indulged with catnip
• New goodies from Etsy
• An extra day off this week
• A little kid captivated by a bird in the park
• Bones (I like the show it always makes me laugh)

Why this particular list.. well of course because I’m TRYING to buy a house. I got my preapproval from the snotty lender who didn’t seem to want to believe I had proof that all the bad stuff on my credit report was paid off and was reluctant to even TRY putting my work through. So I have the preapproval I go look at houses which I discover I HATE. I find the house, offer accepted, seller needs a month to get their own house.. do they find their house no of course not.. that would be too easy.. so now I guess I gave them an extension but getting the lawyers and the brokers and everyone to freaking communicate is impossible GRR…
